Good-sized and stylish room, with a very big bed. A huge variety of fabulous food for meals.

It was fairly clean place, staff were extraordinarily friendly, and I truly enjoyed my well-appointed room. The room with a balcony.

The rooms were modern with an extra bed which took away space, the staff were amiable and outstandingly accommodating.

Location: decent, just off the bus stop. A lot of good options for meal. Helpful staff with great local knowledge.

this was a beautiful hotel for holidays. the staff was very good and polite, good services. the food was nice, the breakfast was well-stocked. location: the property was really close to beach, shops, bars, a taxi and the old areas and the new areas.

The location was good, you can visit Benidorm City Hall by walking. This hotel was set in a fairly quiet area.

We stayed here for 1 night, it was perfect for us. The accommodation was fantastic, pool was good, beds were good.

The rooms were perfectly clean and the bathrooms were modern style. Brilliant and unbeatable location to find & park, met required needs. Moreover, it was adjacent to Differet resturants.

Some of the staff were really slow.

A Great Poolside Experience

During our stay at Hotel Joya, we were thrilled with the fantastic poolside experience. The pool was clean and inviting, with plenty of loungers available. The pool area had a wonderful ambience, and the bar served refreshing drinks and delicious light meals at reasonable prices. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. We truly enjoyed our time by the pool and would definitely consider returning for another enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

For the price this was an exceptionally good hotel. Friendly staff and very clean. A good ten minutes walk into the old town, and plenty of bus´s from there to the new town,but we walked to the market through the back streets in less than half an hour. Good secure parking which is a bonus as we were there in October and there was no parking places in the streets around the hotel. Food basic but always fish on the menu and a good salad bar, and breakfast consisted of cereal,baked beans, boiled eggs,toast and jam and meats and cakes every day plus either scrambled eggs or bacon and sausage. This is a recently refurbished hotel which looks like new, and the outdoor swimming pool is heated. We were very surprised and pleased with everything, especially for the price. It is a predominantly Spanish hotel but the staff speak good English and we had no problem at all. Thank you to all at the Hotel Joya for your hospitality. We will certainly be returning.l

The hotel was reasonably priced and excellent value and in a central location. Everything was good, bright and great-sized room with a balcony. Its personnel was lovely friendly and amicable, no complaint.

The breakfast was well-stocked - a great selection of dishes.

The room was exceptionally clean and nice styled with a balcony, a hair dryer, and a safe.

Central location, interesting place for discovering Benidorm. And a short walk from the beach. Gorgeous building and rooms with an extra bed.
